Glad to hear things are going well.
I’ve now been on induction for 8 days. My loss as of Tuesday morning was 8 lbs. Yea!
I have found that I’ve made a couple of missteps so that induction isn’t totally “clean” (found some sugar in the salad dressing, had to discontinue, etc.), and though I’m not planning a week in advance, I am cooking up some dishes to eat during the week (found a great spinach quiche recipe). Am going out to eat on Saturday, though – will have to see if I can keep it up in a restaurant!
Have a good week.

Hey Liz… sounds like you are doing well
I have had a couple of slip ups with hidden sugar too, don’t worry about it, just adjust and move on
8 pounds in 8 days is really good! Congrats
The different quiches out there are definitely yummy! It is good that you are figuring out how to make meals for the week. I do that too, I keep browned taco meat in the fridge for taco salads
The restaurant will be fine. Just remember that you are paying for the food so you should get it however you want it. Ask how things are cooked and be very specific about what you need. Instead of rice or potato, just ask for veggies instead. You will do great!
Have a good day!
